Initial Concept
This stage began with sketching concepts for a calendar featuring four designs, each representing a different season.
Design Development
The cats and central tree were redrawn and refined to better showcase seasonal activities. Each design was adjusted to reflect how the characters and environment would naturally change throughout the year.
Line Art Process
After finalizing the sketches, the designs were developed into clean line art. Each season required redrawing the characters and tree, with additional detail added where necessary. For example, the autumn design requires more elements to support its Halloween theme. Similarly, the winter scene required extra work on the environment, including redesigning buildings and surroundings to visualize snow.

Final Production
Coloring began with the spring design, which served as the base palette for the other seasons. Hue and saturation adjustments were used to adapt each illustration to its respective seasonal colors. Background elements, such as the sky and clouds, were rendered separately to reflect the unique environments. To complete the calendar, the year and dates were added using a clean, readable layout with colors that matched each season.

One challenge during this process was deciding how to organize the months. Initially, the calendar was designed with four pages, each containing three months. However, grouping November, December, and January together felt visually inconsistent, since their designs overlapped. As a result, the layout was revised into a six-page calendar to create a more balanced and cohesive presentation.
